Currently, we operate predominantly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount upon the delivery of the goods.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame provided at checkout. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or natural disasters.

5. Returns and Refunds

Since our products are consumable food items, we generally do not accept returns. If a product is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately via our Contact page or WhatsApp for a replacement or refund assessment.
